ARCHEROS STREET

ARCHEROS STREET
Archeros street, which used to be called Sinagoga street, is a short, narrow street endowed with a somewhat irregular layout, deriving from its medieval origin.
At the façades, particularly on the synagoguewalls, there were some frescos originating from the 17th century. The residents called these frescos the colorines (goldfinches).
In 1526 during the wedding of Carlos V in Seville, it was occupied by the los royal archers, hence their current name.
